IRO is a restaurant, bar and lounge that is nestled on the second floor of the Hyatt Centric hotel at Apex Southpark. The location provides a vast menu which can touch everyone’s palette.

IRO provides a one-of-a-kind drink experience with a creative cocktail menu made from mixologist Ed Parowski that include handcrafted cocktail syrups. Cocktail options include fruity delights such as the Stone Cold Mule and Hazel Made Me Do It; along with other favorites that are rich in flavor including the Element of Surprise and Shift Change.

The bar and lounge area also hosts events including Wine Down Wednesdays where guests can enjoy $5 wines as they unwind to live music from Charlotte-area musicians from 6 to 8 p.m.
